Our policy is a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Sanos Ring within 30 days of receiving it, we will issue you a full-refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once approved, you will need to pay for the return shipping costs and mail the product back to us at the provided address for inspection.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, has missing parts for reasons not due to our error (this does not include damaged box), or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your Sanos Ring, first send us an email at email@example.com with a picture of your damaged item within and we'll be happy to assist you in any way that we can.
