      Shipping & Tracking

      How long will it take to receive my order?

      When you place your order, it will be processed for shipment within the same or next business day and once it's shipped, it will only take about 5 - 7 days to arrive at your address!

      It's possible that there might be slight delays due to current weather conditions, but our fulfillment center recently informed us that they don't expect it to be an issue as operations have been recovering to pre-winter storm levels.

      Yes, absolutely! We've partnered with ROUTE to give you the best tracking experience online ever.

      By opting into ROUTE tracking at checkout, you will be able to visually track your package online or from your phone and get real-time alerts from every stage of the shipping process so you never miss a single beat. All issues with shipping such as lost, stolen, or damaged packages can be instantly resolved in a few clicks with ROUTE. Transparency is the most important thing to us and we want you to be able to have the most seamless experience as possible.

      Customers will still receive their standard FedEx, UPS, or USPS tracking code if they wish to opt-out of ROUTE, but we highly recommend ROUTE as it will provide the best experience for all customers.


      What is the return policy?


      If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please feel free to contact us at and we will do our best to please you!

      Our policy is a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Sanos Ring within 30 days of receiving it, we will issue you a full-refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase emailed to us. Once approved, you will need to pay the return shipping costs and mail the product back to us at the provided address for inspection.

      Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, has missing parts for reasons not due to our error (this does not include damaged box), or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible.

      Refunds (if applicable)

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

      Exchanges (if applicable)

      We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your Sanos Ring, first send us an email at with a picture of your damaged item and we'll be happy to assist you in any way that we can.
